Assisi is the birthplace of St. Francis, where he was baptized, lived his youth, renounced worldly goods, began his mission of peace, and finally passed away in 1226. Today, his spirit lives on in every stone of the city, from the Basilica of St. Francis to its charming alleys. Enjoy a guided walk through Assisi and its most meaningful Franciscan sites.
