Welcome to Acetaia Malagoli Daniele, a family-run vinegar house where a centuries-old tradition is still alive. Guided directly by the Malagoli family, you’ll enjoy a warm, personal welcome and a clear, professional introduction to Modena’s legendary “black gold,” surrounded by ancient wooden barrels where balsamic vinegar slowly ages over generations.
This immersive visit is both educational and sensory. You’ll learn how DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is made, why time is its most precious ingredient, and what truly distinguishes it from Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. Though the names may sound similar, they represent two very different products — and by the end of the experience, you’ll clearly understand why.
