Full Description
You will visit secular olive groves and discover the differences between organic and conventional farming. Then you will attend a private guided tasting of different extra virgin olive oils and understand the true features of the real "green gold" of Umbria vs the massive production olive oil. During the tasting you will taste also several organic wines made always by Tili winery ( minimum 5 wines) paired with hot bruschette , a selection of local cheeses and salami and umbrian homemade biscotti.
We can organize for you on request the pick up and drop off from the Assisi city center or local hotels for a fixed rate.

Itinerary
Here the travelers will have a guided visit of the olive groves and explain the difference between organic and conventional farming. Following they will attend a guided tasting of the olive oil by compairing it with a massive production olive oil to understand the true features of an high quality extra virgin olive oil . During the tasting they will enjoy also a tasting of 5 organic wines paired with hot bruschette, a selection of local cheeses and salami and typical biscotti
