Itinerary
The tour starts and ends in Polignano a Mare, famous for its cliffs and sea caves. The return to Polignano a Mare will reserve an engaging and authentic culinary experience: a cooking class dedicated to the preparation of some of the most iconic dishes of Apulian cuisine.

The tour continues towards Alberobello, famous for its trulli, traditional buildings with conical roofs. The UNESCO-listed Old Town offers a unique atmosphere with picturesque streets and local craft shops.

Once in Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, participants will explore the historic center, characterized by white houses and flowered balconies, with a walk through the narrow streets that offer a panoramic view of the valley.

On the way back, the tour includes a stop at the famous Salumificio Santoro, known for the artisan production of high-quality cold cuts. Participants will visit the delicatessen to discover traditional methods of aging and taste some of the typical products.
After this stage, the route crosses the Selva di Fasano, a suggestive hilly area rich in vegetation and characterized by breathtaking views that range from the Valle d’Itria to the sea.
