You can also taste locally produced olives and typical cheeses, all accompanied by a passionate narrative about the agricultural and olive tradition of our area. The visit will guide you through a journey to discover the typical plants of our area, where you can see up close the centuries-old olive trees that produce our precious oil. You will also explore the machinery used in the extra virgin olive oil production process, and have the opportunity to observe how the oil is stowed and stored in perfectly controlled environments.An expert in the field will lead you into a real lesson in oil tasting, teaching you the techniques to better appreciate the nuances of taste, aroma and color.
