After meeting at our starting point we will head down campo de fiori to an old fashioned grocery store known as an "alimentari". We will visit a family owned cheese shop and sample some of Rome's best and least known cheeses. Learn about the production process and ageing methods, also we will taste a selection of top quality cured meats accompanied with organic Roman wine.

2 Here we will visit an icon of Roman street food, battered and fried cod fish, known commonly as "baccalà alla romana". Accompanied by local "Frascati" wine.
