Itinerary
Meet Claudio, the owner, who will share the story of his family while walking you through the acetaia. You will learn about the origins and aging process of traditional balsamic vinegar: from carefully selected grapes grown in the family vineyards to the long aging process inside wooden barrels, visitors can discover how this “king of condiments” is crafted with patience and dedication.
End the experience with a tasting of traditional and PGI balsamic vinegar, learning to recognize their unique aromas and flavors. Optional lunch, aperitif, or cooking class available.
