Full Description
You will start chopping carrots, celery and onions for the Bolognese sauce, next you will scramble eggs in the flour and kneading the dough. Later you will stretch and cut the pasta, hang it somewhere to dry and get ready to eat. We will sit at the table to enjoy good food and wine together.
We specialize in Italian cooking courses, private dining experiences, tours and other services related to Italian food and culture. Our chef has trained many people from all over the world and he is a sociable Italian who easily familiarize with students.
At the end of the course we will send you a file with detailed instructions on the course you have completed.
