An expert chef will skillfully combine different types of tapas, which can be made with bread, waffles or bowls, with different local wines, using raw materials and seasonal, to enhance the flavors. An experience available all year round suitable for children, for a gourmet and delicious lunch or dinner.
The dishes vary every month according to the seasonal products available in the territory.
There will be a selection of ten dishes with tapas inspired by the Sardinian tradition, revisited in a modern way, with fillings of meat, fish, vegetables, charcuterie, cheeses and much more, combined with 3 glasses of wine (red, white and bubbles) available and variable according to the season.
