Palermo Street Food

The tour starts from the Teatro Massimo, the main opera house in Palermo, located in the heart of the city center.
At the meeting point, participants will receive their personal "Mangione Passport".
The first part of the experience takes place at the Cape market. The route winds through the alleys of the neighborhood and the fragrant banks of fish and fruit animated by the screams of the vendors.
Along the promenade, the guides offer travelers a taste of traditional street food.
The Capo will be offered fried food from the street: arancine, panelle and crocchè di patate. The tastings are made at family-run street vendors and chip shops, selected on the basis of the quality of the food offered and the authenticity of the place.
The second part of the experience takes place at the Vucciria market, a glass of fortified wine and an aperitif with the people of the neighborhood, taste the famous spleen sandwich and finally finish with a seasonal dessert.
