Together we will knead bread following ancient gestures, handed down for generations. You will feel the dough come to life under your fingers, you will let it rest and then roll it out very thinly before double cooking in a wood oven, as was done in the past. The experience will continue in the suggestive cellar, where some of the secrets of longevity will be told, including the role of Cannonau, a famous Sardinian wine symbol of tradition and identity. Finally, a delicious final tasting will await you with a selection of typical local products, including the traditional Gallurese soup and freshly baked carasau bread.
