We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course.
After the tasting paired with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centenary Cartizze vines, grown organically without chemically synthesized products.

Itinerary
One of our guides will accompany you during the tasting experience which includes a brief explanation of the Prosecco territory with particular attention to its Cru, the Cartizze. A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines will follow: 1 glass of Cartizze BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze DRY • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY.
We continue outside with a visit to the cellar and the organic vineyard where the methods of winemaking and some notions on the care of the vineyard and on the ORGANIC cultivation will be illustrated.
