What we will do: We will walk through the narrow alleys, listening to the sound of the waves crashing under the balconies.
2. Castello Ruffo and the View on the Two Seas
Perched on the promontory that divides the two souls of Scylla, Castello Ruffo is a stone sentry overlooking the Strait of Messina.
What we will see: From its terraces the view ranges from the Sicilian coast to the Aeolian Islands. On a clear day, it will almost seem to touch Sicily.
The legend: I will tell you about the monster Scylla and how Homer made this stretch of coast eternal in the Odyssey.
The culinary experience: You can’t say you’ve been to Scilla without trying the famous swordfish sandwich.
The sea: You will have time for a dip in the crystal clear waters of the bay, protected by high cliffs.

What you will see: We will observe closely the famous whirlwinds of the Straits, caused by the meeting of the currents. It is here that legend places the monster Charybdis, who "three times a day reabsorbs water and three times vomits it".
What will we do: We will pass right under the majestic Pylon, a giant 225 meters. From the sea, its perspective is dizzying and perfect for iconic photo shoots.

The Capo Peloro Nature Reserve boasts waters of almost unreal transparency.
Stop Snorkeling: We will stop in areas where the water is calmer and crystal clear. Mask in hand, you can explore seabed rich in biodiversity, including colorful fish and thermal currents that make the water surprisingly sparkling.
The lantern: We will admire from the sea the Capo Peloro Lighthouse
