Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and is a passionate and creative teacher with over 7 years of experience as a host of gastronomic experiences and has always cooked the recipes of her family's tradition. The atmosphere at Teresa’s house will be welcoming and familiar, you will learn to prepare three typical Sicilian dishes in season, using only local ingredients.It will be a meal cooked as you do during a family gathering, you work together.
During the lesson, learn practical techniques for kneading, rolling out and shaping fresh pasta by hand. The lesson is also informative about local products.
