An exciting journey into the world of Bronte pistachio DOP, inside a Slow Food farm that deals with the cultivation, processing and transformation of Etna's green gold. You will walk on the lava rock among ancient trees with an expert Guide: it will be a total immersion in the eruptive history of the great volcano, discovering its geological features and the secrets of that lava rock that nourishes the plants giving an inimitable flavor. From the field we will enter the heart of the company, walking through the doors of the laboratory to discover the machinery the shelling and selection phases. At the end, a guided tasting of natural pistachios awaits us to learn how to recognize the real pistachio PDO Bronte. A brunch based on typical pistachio products, with local wine and drinks included. Before the goodbyes, we will enjoy a sublime homemade ice cream made with 100% Bronte pistachio.
