Taste the world-renowned Barolo, known for its depth, structure, and aging potential
The experience includes a guided visit of the vineyards and cellar, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process — from grape cultivation to aging. You’ll also explore the barrel room, where Barolo matures for at least 38 months, including extended aging in wood, developing its signature complexity and character.

Visit the UNESCO-listed Grinzane Cavour Castle at your own pace, enjoying its panoramic terraces overlooking the Barolo vineyards. On Tuesdays (when the castle is closed), we visit a breathtaking panoramic viewpoint in the Barolo hills instead.
