Tour Highlights
Full Description
Your guide walks you into a centuries-old fiaschetteria for local wine paired with plates built on Tuscan cucina povera, out to a wine window still used exactly as it was in Florence's plague years, and into a deli where the self-appointed King of Cheese let's you try his best pecorino and parmigiano cheeses.
There's a Negroni lesson at a historic wine shop, a slow-cooked stew to go with your Super Tuscan wine, and a gelato finish from the shop Florentines voted their own favorite. A small group, and six or seven carefully selected stops.
