Carefully selected, each stop will provide an unforgettable taste right next to stunning historic sites. While you visit genuine and small family-run business shops to savor authentic food you will also learn what makes them unique, how their ingredients are produced, as well as their history and curiosities.

Discover all the history and facts behind the Jewish Ghetto area while you taste the famous fried artichokes, known as “Carciofi alla giudìa” one of the best-known dishes of Roman Jewish cuisine.

We will also visit one of the oldest and best bakeries in town, from 1824, to taste delicious crunchy pizza! After we will take you to a trip through the finest cuts of cured meats, you will savor the best salami and prosciutto from Norcia and indulge the best Italian cheese such as Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano. A rich dinner will be served right after!
