How many types of bread we produce in our land?
Together we will discover the dough, the shapes and the stories of bread in Sardinia.
How is the experience?
The First step consists in knowing the recipe and the different types of flours. Next, we prepare the dough and then we realize a variety of typical bread shapes, specifically: “su coccoi”.
At the end, we cook the bread in the oven and we taste it together with some cheeses and a glass of wine.
