Our private driver will pick you up at your hotel in Bologna or Modena and take you to a cheese factory, where you will be able to see the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano and learn about its complex process and characteristics. Afterwards, you will go to a Parma Ham producer, where you will discover in a guided tour the different stages of making this renowned product.
Before returning to the hotel with our driver, enjoy a light lunch at the ham factory with typical products and dishes.
