Itinerary
All tours begin in Monforte d'Alba, where you'll meet your guide. You'll need your own transportation to follow the guide on a 10-minute drive to the forest area and later to the Enoteca. (A transfer service from Monforte is available upon request for an additional fee, with limited spots.) The experience starts with an introduction to truffles, covering their types, growth, and where they can be found. Upon reaching the forest, you'll meet the truffle hunter and his specially trained dogs before starting the hunt. Please note that any truffles found during the hunt are not included in the price. The walk takes place in a wooded area, so comfortable, outdoor-appropriate clothing is recommended, especially during the colder months. If needed, rubber boots will be provided.

Upon arrival, meet the professional truffle hunter and his specially trained dogs. Discover the unique bond between hunter and dog and learn the traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Truffle Hunting Experience
Head into the woods and watch the dogs search for hidden truffles beneath the forest floor. Along the way, your guide will share stories, local traditions, and insights into the rare ecosystem that makes truffle hunting possible in the Langhe region.

Using your own vehicle, follow the guide on a short drive of approximately 10 minutes to reach the forest where the truffle hunt takes place. Enjoy the beautifull landscape along the route, UNESCO World Heritage Site
Duration: 15 minutes
After the hunt, continue with your own vehicle to Monvino, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of local wines. A perfect opportunity to relax and celebrate your truffle hunting experience while discovering the renowned wines of the area.
