The Tour: You will be guided through the stalls of the local Point of Sale. You will learn the art of selecting ingredients and we will choose together, carefully, the treasures of the season. It will be a sensory experience full of anecdotes.
We're going back to the professional lab. and under the expert Guide of the Chef and professional chefs, you will transform the chosen products into a fantastic traditional Italian dish. The focus is on essential techniques for a perfect balance of flavors.

Itinerary
You will meet in the Chef and the City workshop and when all the guests have arrived you will go out with the Chef to take a ride to the beautiful and colorful outdoor Food Point of Sale in Piazzale Martini which is 100 meters from the meeting point. We will look for fresh products that will please all participants and that we will use immediately afterwards in the kitchen to prepare delicious Italian recipes, following the tradition and ancient recipes of our grandmothers. When you go to the Point of Sale follow a grandmother: she will be the perfect Guide to ensure good products and at the right price!
