You will learn, under the careful guidance of our chef, how to cook Sicilian arancini starting from the cooking of various types of filling: from the classic one with meat sauce, to the one with aubergines ... And in many other ways. On request we will also prepare excellent vegetarian fillings. You will then move on to preparing the crust and cooking technique
