Ancient Palmento Natural Wines Experience

Our wine tasting is a unique experience set inside an ancient palmento located near the spectacular Alcantara Gorges. More than a simple tasting, it is an immersive journey designed to experience Sicilian wine in a modern and engaging way. Guests enjoy a guided tasting of 5 natural wines from Mount Etna and Sicily, together with 3 local olive oils, accompanied by traditional Sicilian cheeses and cured meats. The experience combines multimedia storytelling, visual content and explanations about the ancient palmento winemaking techniques, creating a deeper connection between wine, territory and history.
