Tour Highlights
Full Description
Here i will guide you on a journey back in time.
This experience takes place in a typical north Sardinian house, a traditional building in the countryside with granite stone walls and a cane roof.
It’s my great-grandparents house.
Here, I’ll reveal the three main secrets to a long, healthy Sardinian life:
PASTA
In my great-grandmother kitchen - 150 years old - you'll mix semolina and water to create ancient pasta shapes on a table carved from a centuries-old tree.
As we cook, I’ll share stories and traditions that nourish both body and mind.
WINE
You'll visit a small artisan winery, explore winemaking tools, learn about Sardinian vineyards, and taste the wine of eternal youth.
FOOD
We’ll end with a typical Sardinian meal (lunch or dinner), featuring pasta you made, local cheeses, garden vegetables, fresh bread, desserts, and more — all organic, all authentic.
