Once you have collected all the ingredients you will reach the last stage where, under the guidance of a chef, you will learn how to knead and roll the Pizzoccheri della Valtellina by hand.
During the cooking phases you will be able to taste an aperitif that will accompany you to lunch with the Pizzoccheri prepared by you.
