In this special cooking class, we will learn how to cook the “ragu”, by using Eduardo De Filippo’s recipes whose passion for cooking comes to light in his works. Are you ready to carry at home the inimitable taste of Naples? Which kind of meat to choose? And tomato? How long it has to cook?. Thanks to the instructions of our chef we will learn all secrets about classic cooking and at the end we will enjoy the meal we cooked. Toffini Academy is the most famous cooking school in Napoli, you will spend a pleasant a pleasant culinary experience in a fantastic place, we reserve 16 spaces only so each one has his own workstation and drawer with tools.
We will have this class in English but we can also accept French, Spanish and German speaking request if you book as a group.
