Imagine walking through the streets of Palermo, tasting the best street food the city has to offer, in a tour designed for a select few, with a maximum group size of 10 people.
I will personally introduce you to the history and legends hidden behind each dish you taste and the places we visit—stories ranging from how some Jews managed to outwit the "Holy Inquisition" with food, to how a fountain wreaked havoc in a monastery.
This experience will engage all your senses: the vibrant colors of the markets, the irresistible aromas of freshly prepared food, the sounds of the bustling alleys, and, of course, the textures of each dish, immersing you in a history that spans thousands of years.
