Itinerary

Walking around the historical center your sommelier will tell you stories related to the wine trade and how monasteries played and important role in the region's wine growing tradition.
Duration: 15 minutes
Learn about the indigenous grapes, Lagrein and Santa Maddalena, which vineyards are grown around the city and extend until the historical center. You private sommelier with explain the different wine varieties and techniques that makes each South Tyrolean wines different and guide you through your first wine tasting. Stop at local wine shop located on the lovely square and taste two premium quality Italian wines.
Duration: 30 minutes
At the end of your tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your favorite wines, then you can continue the night in the heart of central Bolzano, close to bars, restaurants and sights, or return to the starting point with your guide.
