Itinerary
Start your experience at a traditional Roman delicatessen in Trastevere. Step inside to enjoy pizza bianca filled with savory porchetta, and a glass of wine, while the guide selects fresh eggs, grated Parmigiano, and fresh sheep ricotta for the class ahead, highlighting the shop’s high-quality local products.
Duration: 15 minutes
Visit Rione XIII, a classic old-school Roman trattoria, for a hands-on pasta-making experience. Guided by a local expert, you’ll learn the secrets of perfect fresh pasta while having fun shaping your own fettuccine and ravioli with fellow travelers.
Then sit down to enjoy your creations: pasta chitarra with amatriciana sauce and ravioli filled with sheep ricotta and lemon zest, with butter and sage sauce.
A great pasta class is, of course, accompanied by good wine.

To end on a high note, you will head to our favorite gelateria to enjoy the finest organic gelato in Rome. You will not only eat this amazing treat, but you will also learn to spot the differences between real and fake gelato!
