Here, you will taste a different style of coffee preparation while learning how cafés reflected status, habits, and daily life.

We’ll wrap up the tour in the historic center, where we’ll take you to the area’s first and last coffee roastery. At this family-run café, you’ll learn how to savor a true Trieste “nero” and discover the coffee roasting process.
