Itinerary
After the Point of Sale, we will walk to a house in the historic center, a cozy environment where the cooking class will come to life. You will participate in the preparation of a simple and tasty Sicilian menu, guided step by step, using seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
During the lesson you can ask questions, taste and live a convivial and relaxed moment, sharing the experience with other participants. You will discover little cooking secrets and local anecdotes that make each dish unique.
Finally, you will sit at the table to enjoy the preparation, accompanied by local wine, bringing with you an authentic memory of Palermo and new recipes to replicate at home.
