Itinerary
During the guided tour they will explore the vinegar factory and closely observe the ancient batteries of barrels in different woods, discovering every stage of the production process of Balsamic Vinegar: from the cooking of the must to the long aging. Curiosities, methods handed down over generations and the secrets that make each product unique will be told.
The experience continues with a convivial moment dedicated to taste: a light lunch with Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 and 30 months, freshly baked homemade focaccia and a rich platter of typical Emilian cold cuts.
To complete the tour, a guided tasting of 8 Balsamic Vinegars of production, during which participants will learn to recognize the differences, appreciate the aromatic nuances and combine them at best.
