Visit a local 12th-century winery for a guided wine tasting, sampling the region’s finest wines and learning about the winemaking process. Enjoy a delicious Tuscan gourmet lunch paired with wines explained by a sommelier. This is the only wine cellar with kitchen in Montepulciano.
After lunch, head to Montalcino, a perfectly preserved medieval town with a massive fortress. Start in the former convent of Sant’Agostino, now housing the Temple of Brunello interactive museum. Travel through local culture and discover the production of the world-renowned Brunello di Montalcino wine.
