Your Private Guide will choose 2 wine bars where you can enjoy a glass of fine wine in a classic Italian setting. It will be a unique experience for sure, even if you've done wine tours in other cities already. The tasting will include 4 original wines from Italy, especially from the region of Tuscany. You will try red, white and rose wine, and learn abou their different characteristics. Italians have mastered the wine production process to a perfection, so you will learn many interesting things about the wine styles, grape varieties, fermentation methods, the aging process, and more. It will be a delightful experience tailored to your needs, interests and occasion.
Duration: 115 minutes
Choose the 3-hour option to taste more wine with appetizers and see the Old Town! This extended wine tasting and sightseeing tour is a great wine to discover Florence’s history and heritage in a more relaxed way. You will visit 2 wine bars and taste 5 original wines paired with traditional Italian appetizers, such as a delicious cheese plate. It’s a custom to have a glass of wine during lunch or dinner time in Italy, so it will be a very authentic experience!
