A food and wine walk to discover the most authentic flavors of Vietri sul Mare. The meeting point Vietri is Piazza Matteotti. You start with the tasting of local products at five points located in the historic center. Together with an expert and local guide, our walk begins on the main street to reach the first stop, where we will taste the famous Campania DOP buffalo mozzarella. In the second stage, we will stop to taste a bruschetta with local cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by an excellent glass of wine with native Campania grapes. Walking through the typical colorful alleys, we reach a small square where the typical "pizza a wallet" awaits us, a Neapolitan street food so called because the pizza is folded as if it were a wallet. At this point, another typical street food cannot be missed: the seafood "cuoppo," a cone-shaped parcel containing the fried fish of the day. To finish, artisanal limoncello from the Amalfi Coast at a typically Vietri resting place.

most significant points where you can taste authentic local products such as PDO buffalo mozzarella and bruschetta with
