Itinerary
Private guided tour, all through a traditional dairy, to witness a complete process, from production to seasoning, of a Parmigiano wheel. At the end, tasting of three different seasonings of this famous cheese.
Duration: 60 minutes
This winery, run by the same family since the end of 19th century, is well known between Parma and Reggio Emilia for its production of good local wines and excellent vinegar. This one is not common vinegar: it's Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, the real "black gold". Here, you will have the chance to taste three different stages of aging of this precious dressing.
